Epidemiology and clinical manifestations of Bordetella pertussis

摘要 百日咳是由百日咳鲍特菌引起的急性呼吸道传染性疾病,是导致全球婴幼儿死亡的最常见呼吸道传染病之一,已成为严重威胁全球婴幼儿健康的世界性公共卫生问题。随着百日咳疫苗接种和有效防治措施的推出,百日咳的发病率和病死率大幅下降,但近20年来部分国家尤其是疫苗接种较为完善的发达国家,相继出现"百日咳再现"现象。同时,我国的百日咳发病率也不容乐观,也存在发病率明显上升的现象。该文就百日咳的流行病学及临床特征进行综述。 Bordetella pertussis is one of the most common respiratory infectious diseases leading to the death of infants in the world.With the introduction of pertussis vaccination and effective prevention and treatment measures,the incidence and mortality of pertussis decreased significantly.However,in the past 20 years,some countries,especially developed countries with relatively complete vaccination,have seen"re-emergence of pertussis".At the same time,the incidence of pertussis in China is not optimistic,there is also a significant increase in the incidence of the phenomenon.This article reviews the epidemiology and clinical manifestations of Bordetella pertussis.
