摘要
为解决乡镇供电所基础设施不完善、相关供电部门重视程度不够、供电所管理方式相对滞后等问题,需要在智能化背景下充分借助网络手段来实现乡镇供电所的管理创新,并将其应用于实践当中。智能化乡镇供电所建设的实践途径主要是指“一厅三库五室”智能化改造,其中一厅建设是指建设开放式供电营业厅;三库建设是指智能安全工器具库、智能备品备件库以及智能计量周转柜库的建设;五化创新实践是指生产安全可视化、运维管理精益化、营销服务主动化、人才培养系统化以及班组管理信息化的创新实践。智能化乡镇供电所管理的创新与实践主要体现在提高员工素质、打造一专多能型人才、明确责任主体、加强基础设施建设、加强对供电所网格化服务的重视程度、实行专业化管理和监督,这样,能够实现乡镇供电所管理模式的改革与创新,进而满足乡镇居民日益提高的用电需求。
There are many problems of villages and towns power supply,such as the imperfect infrastructure of villages and towns administration of power supply,not enough attention from related administration of power supply,and backward management of administration of power supply,etc.Internet should be fully used to achieve the management innovation of villages and towns administration of power supply through internet under intellectualization background,and to apply it into practice.The practice pathway of intellectualization villages and towns administration of power supply mainly refers to the intellectualizatoin reform of“one service hall,three databases and five forms”.One service hall refers to opening power supply service hall.Three databases refer to intellectualization safety tool,intelectualization spare part and intelligence measure turnover databases construction.Five forms of innovation practice refer to production safety visualization,operation and maintenance management streamline,marketing service initiative,talent training systematization and team management informatization innovation practice.Innovation and practice of intellectualization villages and towns mainly reflects on improving staff quality,building specialized and skillful talent team,clarifying responsibility of main body,strengthening infrastructure construction,attaching more importance to meshing service of administration of power supply,and achieving specialized management and supervision.In this way,reform and innovation of management mode of villages and towns administration of power supply can be achieved,and the increasing electricity demand from residents can be satisfied.
