电信业软件开发成本度量信息化审计研究与实践
摘要
本文结合重庆移动信息系统建设及开发审计项目实践,提出软件开发成本度量信息化审计系统建设方案,以精准计量、防范风险,为科学决策提供有效数据支撑.
