摘要
目的文章旨在分析情景教学联合问题导向教学在儿科规培护理带教中的运用价值。方法本次实验选择2018年5月—2019年6月前来本院儿科接受规培的护生作为实验对象,总计130例。通过随机分配的方式将患者划分为试验组与对照组,试验组66人,对照组64人。其中对照组采用常规带教方法,而试验组采用情景教学联合问题导向教学。对比两组护生实习期结束后考核成绩方面的差异。结果试验组护生理论知识与实践操作考核分数分别为(91.2±7.3)分、(90.2±6.5)分,高于对照组的(78.6±5.6)分、(80.2±6.2)分。而在护生对教学满意度方面,试验组护生满意度达到97.97%,高于对照组81.25%,组间数据差异具有统计学意义。结论相较于常规带教方式而言,情景教学联合问题导向教学方式能够显著提高儿科规培护理带教效率,提高护生个人实践能力以及理论知识掌握水平。
Objective This paper aims to analyze the application value of situational teaching combined with problem-oriented teaching in pediatric nursing teaching.Methods A total of 130 nurses from May 2018 to June2019 who came to our hospital to receive regular training in pediatrics were selected as subjects in this experiment.Patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,66 in experimental group and 64 in control group.The control group used the conventional teaching method,while the experimental group used the situational teaching combined with problem-oriented teaching.The differences of assessment results between the two groups were compared after the internship.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation of nursing in the experimental group were(91.2±7.3)points and(90.2±6.5)points respectively,higher than those in the control group(78.6±5.6)points and(80.2±6.2)points.In terms of nursing students’satisfaction with teaching,the satisfaction of nursing students in the experimental group reached 97.97%,which was higher than81.25%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion Compared with conventional teaching methods,situational teaching combined with problem-oriented teaching method can significantly improve the efficiency of pediatric nursing teaching,improve the practical ability of nursing students and the level of theoretical knowledge mastery,and has promotional value.
