“5+3”背景下整合医学教学模式教学效果分析 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨整合医学教学模式下的理论教学、实践教学效果。方法随机选择某医科大学2013级的41名学生为试验组,采用整合医学教学模式授课;选择2013级其他696名学生为对照组,采用传统的"三段式"授课模式。在试验组进行问卷调查了解学生对整合医学教学模式的满意度等,利用SPSS 19.0统计软件对比分析试验组、对照组的理论知识水平、实践技能水平,以评价学生学习效果。结果试验组的问卷调查结果显示超过半数的学生能够适应整合医学教学模式并对该模式未来的发展情况持认可态度;试验组与对照组理论知识掌握情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组与对照组在5项主要实践技能中有4项技能成绩差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且试验组成绩高于普通班。结论本次研究认为某医科大学整合医学教学模式能得到大部分师生认可,但目前仅在实践技能教学上体现出了优势,理论教学的整合模式尚需加强。 Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated medical teaching in theory and practice.Methods 41 students of grade 2013 were selected as experimental group,and integrated medical teaching model was adopted.696 students of grade 2013 were selected as the control group,and the traditional"three-stage"teaching mode was adopted.Questionnaire was condcted in the experimental group to reveal students’satisfaction with the integrated medical teaching model,and statistical software was used to analyze the theoretical knowledge level and practical skills level of students between experimental group and control group.Results The questionnaire survey showed that more than half of the students could adapt to the integrated medical teaching model and approved the future development of the model.There was no statistically significant difference in students’theoretical knowledge between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05);Students in the experimental group and the control group had statistically significant differences in performance of four of the five main practical skills(P<0.05).Conclusion This study shows that the integrated medical teaching mode of the medical university can be recognized by most teachers and students,but at present,it only shows advantages in practical skills teaching,and the integrated theoretical teaching mode needs to be strengthened.
