3D打印结合PACS系统在牙体牙髓教学中的应用

摘要 目的分析3D打印结合PACS系统在口腔牙体牙髓病学教学中的应用。方法选取福建医科大学2018级口腔医学硕士研究生共58名作为研究对象,按教学模式不同进行分组,分组采用随机抽取法,对照组应用传统教学模式,研究组则实施3D打印结合PACS系统开展临床教学,将两组学生的主观评价分数、客观理论及实践操作成绩情况加以比较。结果相比于对照组,研究组学生的学习成绩明显要更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学生知识理解能力、学习兴趣、教学满意度、知识掌握程度的主观评价分数较之对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在研究生口腔牙体牙髓病学教学中运用3D打印结合PACS系统,客观上可提高学生整体理论及技能操作水平,主观上能够加深理解、增加学习兴趣,有利于总体教学质量的改善。 Objective To analyze the application of 3 D printing combined with PACS system in the teaching of dental pulpology.Methods 58 graduate students of Master of Stomatology in Fujian Medical University in 2018 were selected as the research obj ect.They were grouped according to different teaching modes.Random sampling method was used in the grouping.Traditional teaching mode was used in the control group.The research group carried out clinical teaching by 3 D printing combined with PACS system.Subjective evaluation scores of the two groups of students were calculated.The results of objective theory and practice are compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group students’academic performance was significantly higher and the difference was obvious(P<0.05);the subjective evaluation scores of knowledge understanding ability,learning interest,teaching satisfaction and knowledge mastery of the study group students were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3 D printing combined with PACS system in the teaching of dental pulpology for postgraduates can objectively improve the overall theoretical and technical level of students,subjectively deepen their understanding and increase their interest in learning,and is conducive to the improvement of the overall teaching quality.
