基于区块链技术和HACCP管理的智能化水产品质量安全溯源系统的设计与实现 被引量:28

摘要 近年来,水产品质量安全问题频发,传统水产品质量安全溯源系统面临巨大的挑战。为保障水产品质量安全,改善信息溯源,构建良好信任桥梁,采用区块链技术与HACCP管理相结合的方法,设计并分析全新的智能化水产品溯源系统。利用区块链技术去中心、去信任、不可篡改、公开透明等特性,有效改善传统水产品溯源系统信息不对称、监管约束难、溯源效率低、举证追责烦琐等问题。与HACCP管理结合进一步优化水产品质量安全管理,增强质量安全保障,优化信息存储。仿真实验结果显示,系统运行稳定,信息真实,管理规范,功能多元。通过实际案例验证,该系统必将在水产电商经济的实际应用中发挥优势。 In recent years,the quality and safety problems of aquatic products have occurred more frequently.As a result,the traditional quality-and-safety traceability system for aquatic products is facing great challenges.Therefore,in order to ensure the quality and safety of aquatic products and improve the information traceability,and build a good trust bridge,this paper,making good use of the combination of blockchain technology and HACCP management,analyzes and designs a new intelligent aquatic product traceability system.Based on the features of de-centralization,de-trust,non-tampering and transparency,the blockchain technology has effectively solved the problems of traditional aquatic product traceability system,such as information asymmetry,difficult supervision,low efficiency of traceability and complex proof tracing.What’s more,HACCP management further optimizes the management of quality and safety of aquatic products,enhances quality and safety assurance,and optimizes information storage.The simulation results and the verification of the application cases show that this system has stable operation,trustworthy information,standardized management and diverse functions,and will certainly play an outstanding role in the practical application of aquatic e-commerce economy.
