摘要
介入放射学是继内、外科之后的新兴临床交叉学科,因其微创、安全、适应证广泛,近年来在国内外得到迅猛发展。然而,如今介入放射学呈现出分散化、亚专业化的趋势,从事介入诊疗活动的医师背景更加复杂,因此目前学徒式的传统培训方法已经无法适应当前的医疗环境。基于此,本文从阶段化培训、模拟教学和制度化考核三方面探讨介入放射学亚专业化趋势下的介入医师培养模式,以期提升介入医师培训质量,推动介入放射学的持续稳定发展。
Interventional radiology is an emerging clinical interdisciplinary after internal medicine and surgery.Because of its minimally invasive,safe,and extensive indications,it has developed rapidly at home and abroad in recent years.However,interventional radiology is now showing a trend of decentralization and sub-specialization.The background of physicians engaged in interventional diagnosis and treatment activities is more complicated.Therefore,the current traditional training methods of apprenticeship cannot adapt to the current medical environment.Based on this,this article discusses the training model of interventional physicians under the trend of sub-specialization of interventional radiology from three aspects:phased training,simulated teaching and institutionalized assessment,in order to improve the quality of interventional physician training and promote the continuous and stable development of interventional radiology.
