摘要
肺动脉高压是临床常见的一种肺血管疾病,缺氧是肺动脉高压的主要因素,会导致不可逆的肺血管重塑,其发病机制复杂,目前主要研究细胞因子、离子通道、信号通路、线粒体结构功能改变、代谢重编程五个方向。各个因素间并不单一存在,而是呈网络状相互影响促进,共同作用于肺血管,进而导致不可逆的血管重塑。本研究主要从以上五个方向进行综述,以期为临床治疗提供参考。
Pulmonary hypertension is a common pulmonary vascular disease in clinic.Hypoxia is the main factor of pulmonary hypertension,which leads to irreversible pulmonary vascular remodeling.Its pathogenesis is complicated.The main research directions include cytokines,ion channels,signal paths and metabolic reprogramming.All the factors do not exist alone,but are promoted by network interactions,which act together on the pulmonary blood vessels and lead to irreversible blood vessel remodeling.
