摘要 目的:通过对定西市党参生态适宜性进行评价,为党参在定西市种植区域的选取和资源利用提供依据。方法:本研究通过实地采集,收集了党参1373个样点信息,综合55个生态因子,应用地理信息系统(GIS)和Maxent模型分析党参在定西的生态适宜性分布。结果:研究表明,影响党参生态适宜性的主要生态因子是海拔、4月份降水、植被类型、年平均温度、最干季节均温、最冷月最低温、7月份降水、温度季节性变化标准差、降雨量变异系数等。临洮中、东部,安定南部,渭源大部,陇西中、西部,漳县大部,岷县中部为党参的适宜区;临洮西部、安定大部、陇西东南部、漳县东南边缘、岷县西部和东部为党参次适宜区;安定区北部、临洮西北部和东北部、通渭东南部、渭源南部、漳县西北部、岷县西南部和东南部的边缘地带为不适宜区。结论:研究结果与党参药材的产区一致,可以为合理选择党参种植地区提供依据。 Objective:By evaluating the ecological suitability of Codonopsis pilosula,to provide a basis for the selection and resource utilization of C.pilosula planting areas in Dingxi City.Methods:In this study,1373 samples of C.pilosula were collected on the spot,55 ecological factors were integrated,and the ecological suitability distribution of C.pilosula in Dingxi was analyzed by using GIS and Maxent model.Results:The results showed that the main ecological factors affecting the ecological suitability of C.pilosula were altitude,precipitation in April,vegetation type,annual average temperature,average temperature in the driest season,the lowest temperature in the coldest month,precipitation in July,standard deviation of seasonal temperature changes,rainfall Coefficient of variation.Central and eastern Lintao,southern Anding,most of Weiyuan,central and western Longxi,most of Zhang County,central Minxian is a suitable area for C.pilosula Western Lintao,most of Anding,southeastern Longxi,The southeast edge of Zhangxian,the west and east of Min County are sub-suitable areas for C.pilosula,and the marginal areas in the north of Anding District,northwest and northeast of Lintao,southeast of Tongwei,south of Weiyuan,northwest of Zhang County,southwest and southeast of Min County was unsuitable area.Conclusion:The research results are consistent with the production area of C.pilosula,which can provide a basis for the rational selection of C.pilosula cultivation areas.
