摘要
目的探讨健康成人腰椎段棘上韧带(supraspinous ligament,SSL)的超声厚度测值及图像特征。方法入组80例健康志愿者,观察L 1-L 4段SSL超声图像特征,并测量其厚度。比较不同性别、年龄段人群及腰椎各段SSL厚度有无统计学差异。结果SSL超声图像特征:SSL呈一条连续性低回声光带,附着于脊椎棘突表面,韧带纤维结构回声清晰,浅面与腰背部皮下软组织分界清晰,深部与棘间韧带分界不清。健康成人腰椎段SSL厚度均值为(1.93±0.11)mm,男性与女性SSL厚度有统计学差异(P<0.05),男、女各年龄段SSL厚度的组内比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),男、女L 1-L 4腰椎各段SSL厚度的组内比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论高频超声能准确测量健康成人腰椎段SSL厚度,男性腰段SSL厚度的超声测值大于女性,而各年龄段和不同节段腰椎的SSL厚度测值则无明显差异;超声图像特征清晰,操作简便易行,可为SSL相关引发腰痛的患者鉴别诊断提供参考价值。
Objective To discuss the ultrasonic thickness measurement and image characteristics of supraspinous ligament(SSL)in healthy adults.Methods The thickness of SSL in the first lumbar(L1)to fourth lumbar(L4)segment was measured in 80 healthy volunteers.The difference in the thickness of SSL in different sex,age and lumbar spine was analyzed.Results Ultrasonographic features of SSL:SSL was a continuous hypoechoic band on the surface of the spine.It had clear echo of ligamentous fibrous structure,the boundary between the superficial and the subcutaneous soft tissue of the back and back was clear.The boundary between deep and interspinous ligament was unclear.The average thickness of SSL in healthy adults was(1.93±0.11)mm.The thickness of SSL in male was greater than that in female(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the thickness of SSL in different ages(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the thickness of lumbar segments of SSL between male and female(P>0.05).Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can accurately measure the thickness of SSL of lumbar spine in healthy adults.The thickness of SSL in male was greater than that in female,while there are no significant differences in ages and lumbar spine.Ultrasound can show clear features of images,and easy to operate.It can provide reference for differential diagnosis of patients with lumbago caused by SSL related diseases.
