摘要
基于Mie散射法提出一种无动力的粉尘浓度检测技术,通过对无动力关键位置-无动力通孔直径和长度进行实验对比研究,优化了无动力机构的尺寸;对影响无动力检测粉尘浓度的因素进行了实验分析,并作出算法补偿;经过无动力尺寸研究和影响因素分析后,使无动力单元能够更加适用于现场检测,检测误差更小,延长了维护时间,并提高了实用性。
This paper proposes an unpowered dust concentration detection technology based on Mie scattering method.Through the experimental comparative study of the unpowered key position and the diameter and length of the unpowered through hole,the size of the unpowered mechanism is optimized;the factors of dust concentration were analyzed experimentally,and the algorithm was compensated.After the study of unpowered size and analysis of influencing factors,the unpowered unit can be more suitable for on-site detection,the detection error is smaller,the maintenance time is extended,and the practicality is improved.
