摘要
分析了煤矿井下机器人检测检验技术国内外现状及发展趋势,针对煤矿机器人提出需进一步研究组合型防爆安全检测检验技术,并应引入基于仿真分析对机器人爬坡、越障、防爆结构设计合理性及环境适应性的检测评估技术,急需搭建井下应急救援环境实验室,开展煤矿机器人环境适应能力实验与分析,通过大量实验对煤矿机器人动力电源充电安全性进行验证,同时应加快煤矿机器人检测检验标准或规范的制定,更有效地对煤矿机器人性能、指标、工作及贮存条件等进行管控。
The current situation and development trends in our country and abroad are analyzed about the inspection technology for coal mine robot.According to the specific situation of coal mine robot,it is suggested that the inspection technology of combined explosion-proof safety should be further studied.In addition,the inspection and evaluation technology for the rationality and environmental adaptability of the robot’s climbing,obstacle crossing,explosion-proof structure design should be introduced based on the simulation analysis.It is urgent to build the underground emergency rescue environment laboratory and carry out experiments and analysis on the environmental adaptability of coal mine robots.Meanwhile,it is necessary to verify the charging safety of coal mine robot power supply through a large number of experiments and speed up the establishment of inspection standard or specification for coal mine robots,thus the more effective management and control is achieved for the performance,index,working and storage conditions of coal mine robots.
