摘要
基于GMER以临床胜任力为导向,各种非标准化考试在医学教育中具重要价值。开放性笔试、论文撰写、口试、基于观察考评是评估临床胜任力的非标准化方式。灵活采用上述非标准化测评与标准化考试相结合,构建基于胜任力评价的考核模式是医学教育考核方法改革的方向。
In medical education, it is also of great value to study and develop the theories and formats of various non-standardized assessments. Open ended written examination such as modified essay question and key featured examination;essays;oral examination and various tests based on direct observation could be used as non-standardized formats to assess the clinical competence. Flexible combination of standardized tests and non-standardized assessments should be the way where the test reform of medical education head for.
