摘要
研究以苜蓿分别与冰草、达乌里披碱草、无芒雀麦进行混播,通过对其再生速度、干草产量、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗灰分、钙、磷、30 h体外干物质消化率、30 h体外中性洗涤纤维消化率等进行分析比较。结果表明:苜蓿分别与冰草、达乌里披碱草、无芒雀麦进行混播干草产量与苜蓿单播差异不显著(P>0.05);苜蓿-多年生禾草混播粗蛋白质含量与苜蓿单播差异不显著(P>0.05),酸性洗涤纤维均低于苜蓿单播,30 h体外中性洗涤纤维消化率均显著高于苜蓿单播(P<0.05)。因此,苜蓿-多年生禾草混播营养价值较高,是建植刈牧兼用型草地的较好选择。
Research on alfalfa respectively with Agropyron cristatum,Elymus dahuricus,Bromus inermis mixed sowing,through the regeneration speed,hay yield,crude protein,crude fat,neutral detergent fiber,acid detergent fiber,ash,calcium,phosphorus,30 h in vitro digestibility of dry matter,30 h in vitro neutral detergent fiber digestibility was analyzed and compared.The results showed that the hay yields were no significant difference between alfalfa respectively with Agropyron cristatum,Elymus dahuricus,Bromus inermis mixed sowing and single planting alfalfa(P>0.05).Crude protein had no significant difference between alfalfa-perennial grass mixture sowing and single planting alfalfa(P>0.05),acid detergent fiber was lower than single planting alfalfa,and 30 h in vitro neutral detergent fiber digestibility was significantly higher than single planting alfalfa(P<0.05).The study concluded that alfalfa-perennial grass mixture sowing was a good choice to build grazing and mowing grassland due to its quality.
