摘要
目的系统评价我国静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)自动化现状,总结PIVAS工作流程各环节自动化程度和取得成效,为我国PIVAS自动化建设和发展方向提供参考。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国科技期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库,检索时间为建库至2019年1月,纳入评价我国PIVAS自动化现状的研究,收集医嘱审核、摆药、配液、分拣、配送环节中自动化程度和使用设备等指标,对结果进行描述性分析,总结自动化建设取得成效和存在问题。结果共纳入7篇文献,其中前后对照研究1篇,经验分享3篇和综述3篇。自动化基本覆盖了PIVAS审方、摆药、配液、复核、分拣、配送各个环节,各医院使用的自动化设备不尽相同,均取得一定成效。结论我国PIVAS自动化程度较好,建议进一步完善PIVAS自动化建设体系,为PIVAS自动化建设提供依据和发展方向。
OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the status of automation pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),summarizing the level of automation and effectiveness of PIVAS,to provide reference for the automation and development direction in PIVAS in China.METHODS Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane library and four Chinese databases were searched from the establishment of database to Jan 2019.Studies which evaluated automation of PIVAS in China were included.Indicators such as the degree of automation in the medical examination,dispensing,dispensing,sorting,and distribution,and the use of equipment,were collected.The results were presented by descriptive analysis,summarizing the effectiveness and problems of automated construction.RESULTS A total of seven studies were included.The research types were 1 before and after control studies(14%),3 experience sharing studies(43%) and 3 review(43%).Automation basically covered the aspects of trial,dispensing,liquid dispensing,review,sorting,and distribution in PIVAS.The automation equipment used in each hospital is different and has achieved certain results.CONCLUSION PIVAS has a good level of automation,and it is recommended to further improve the PIVAS automation construction system to provide a basis and development direction for PIVAS automation construction.
