摘要
Hippo信号通路调控细胞的分化、增殖及存活,影响器官的发育和生长。在糖尿病状态下,激活Hippo信号通路可以诱导β细胞分化,增殖,抑制前脂肪细胞的增殖,促进脂肪细胞成熟,增加肌肉中葡萄糖的摄取,起到改善胰岛素分泌,减轻胰岛素抵抗的作用。还可以调控肾小管上皮细胞的增殖、减少心肌细胞的凋亡、保护视网膜血管内皮细胞的正常功能、促进糖尿病慢性创面的血管生成和上皮再生,对糖尿病并发症起到治疗作用。
Hippo signaling pathway regulates cell differentiation,proliferation and survival,affecting organ development and growth.In the diabetic state,activation of Hippo signaling pathway can induceβcell differentiation,proliferation,inhibit proliferation of preadipocytes,promote fat cell maturation,increase glucose uptake in muscle,improve insulin secretion,and reduce insulin resistance,which can also regulate the proliferation of renal tubular epithelial cells,reduce the apoptosis of cardiomyocytes,protect the normal function of retinal vascular endothelial cells,promote the angiogenesis and epithelial regeneration of chronic wounds of diabetes,which plays a therapeutic role in diabetic complications.
