摘要
在整个物流体系互联网化的趋势下,物流运作模式对机器人技术应用需求不断提高。文章设计了一款智能物料搬运机器人,用于取代传统人工分拣的方式,以期提高物流作业效率,减少物流业人力成本,适应爆发式发展的物流产业。该机器人是一种小型机器人,具有结构简单、控制方便、可以自动接收任务和寻找物料并摆放到指定位置等功能。实验结果表明本研究设计的智能物流机器人方案对物流装备自动化具有参考性价值。
Under the trend of internet based logistics system,the current logistics operation mode had continuously increased the demand for robot technology applications.In this case,a material sorting robot was designed to replace manual sorting in order to improve the efficiency of logistics operations,reduce logistics manpower costs.The robot was a small handling robot with a simple structure and convenient control.The robot could automatically receive tasks,find materials and put them to a designated location.The experimental results showed that the intelligent logistics robot scheme had reference value for logistics equipment automation.
