摘要
目的:观察小柴胡汤加味联合推拿、牵引治疗颈心综合征的临床效果。方法:选取衡阳市中医医院收治的颈心综合征患者66例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各33例,对照组采用推拿、牵引治疗;治疗组采用推拿、牵引联合小柴胡汤加味治疗;治疗4次为1个疗程,3个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组中医证候积分显著下降,且明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组总有效率90.91%明显高于对照组66.67%,两组比较,有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。结论:推拿、牵引联合小柴胡汤加味治疗颈心综合征疗效优于常规推拿、牵引治疗。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction and traction-massage on cervical-cardiac syndrome.Methods:66 cases of selected patients with cervical-cardiac syndrome in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in each group.The control group was treated by traction-massage,while the treatment group was treated by traction-massage combined with modified Xiaochaihu decoction.4 times of treatments as a course of treatment.The clinical effect was evaluated after 3 courses of treatment.Results:TCM syndrome score of treatment group decreased significantly and was significantly lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group;and compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction and traction-massage on cervical-cardiac syndrome is better than that of simple traction-massage.
