吸氧治疗对创伤性颅脑损伤患者康复的影响 被引量:3

摘要 创伤性颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)的发病率和死亡率较高,且年发病率呈上升趋势,其中我国TBI的发病率以每年4.67%的速度增长。TBI患者在初次病情稳定后数小时至数天内的继发性脑损伤常会导致预后不良,而脑组织缺氧是引起TBI后二次脑损伤的常见因素。维持TBI患者充足的氧合水平是改善预后的重要因素,临床上常通过监测患者的生命体征、脉氧、动脉血气等指标,来反映重症患者全身氧合状况。本研究对62例TBI患者给予氧疗,获得满意疗效。报道如下。
