摘要
目的探索影响肾囊肿患者超声介入硬化治疗效果的因素。方法选择2017年10月21日至2018年10月21日收治的92例肾囊肿患者作为研究对象,均实施超声介入硬化治疗。统计患者的一般资料、治疗情况及预后,利用单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析影响肾囊肿患者超声介入硬化治疗效果的因素。结果92例肾囊肿患者,治疗无效16例(无效组),治疗有效76例(有效组)。单因素分析及多因素Logistic回归分析显示,囊液抽吸不彻底、无水乙醇剂量<60 mL、单次冲洗、穿刺针脱出、未保留无水乙醇、囊肿直径是导致超声介入硬化治疗无效的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论导致肾囊肿患者超声介入硬化治疗无效的主要危险因素为囊液抽吸不彻底、无水乙醇剂量<60 mL、单次冲洗、穿刺针脱出、未保留无水乙醇、囊肿直径。在临床操作过程中应重视上述因素,尽量避免操作不当引发的治疗无效。
Objective To explore the factors influencing the effect of ultrasound interventional sclerotherapy in patients with renal cyst.Methods Ninety-two patients with renal cyst from October 21,2017 to October 21,2018 were selected as the research objects,and all of them were treated with ultrasound interventional sclerotherapy.The general data,treatment and prognosis of the patients were counted.The factors influencing the effect of ultrasound interventional sclerotherapy were analyzed by univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results Among 92 cases of renal cyst,16 cases had invalid treatment(invalid group),and 76 cases had effective treatment(effective group).The univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that incomplete aspiration of cyst fluid,anhydrous ethanol dose<60 mL,single flush,puncture needle prolapse,no retention of anhydrous ethanol,and cyst diameter were independent risk factors leading to ineffective ultrasound interventional sclerotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The main risk factors leading to ineffective ultrasound interventional sclerotherapy were incomplete aspiration of cyst fluid,anhydrous ethanol dose<60 mL,single flush,puncture needle prolapse,no retention of anhydrous ethanol,and cyst diameter.In the clinical operation,above factors should be taken seriously to try to avoid treatment failure caused by improper operation.
