摘要
对轨道式移运钻机使用钢制滑板造成的轨道损伤情况进行分析,提出了轨道结构的改进和采用工程塑料合金滑板代替钢制滑板的解决方案,该方案有效地解决了轨道式移运钻机轨道的损伤现象。试验证明,工程塑料合金滑板的耐磨性、抗腐蚀性、高承载力、阻燃性等性能完全适合在油田钻机上使用。
The track damage caused by the use of steel sliding plates by the track mobile drilling rig is analyzed,the track structural improvement and a solution to adopt engineering plastic alloy sliding plates instead of steel sliding plates are put forward,which effectively solves the track damage phenomenon of the track mobile drilling rig.The test proves that the performance of the plastic alloy sliding plates is perfectly suitable for use in oil field drilling rigs,such as wear resistance,corrosion resistance,high carrying capacity and flame retardant.
