百合浸出物提取方法的优化及其质量标准研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的优化百合浸出物的提取方法并建立其质量标准。方法以百合浸出物量、王百合苷B质量分数、特征图谱共有峰总面积、过滤速率为综合评价指标,比较热浸法和冷浸法下不同提取溶剂的提取效果,通过加权计算综合评分,优选百合浸出物最佳提取工艺及质量标准。结果加权计算结果显示,热浸法优于冷浸法,以热浸法75%乙醇最优。对12批不同产地百合浸出物量、王百合苷B质量分数及浸出物特征图谱进行测定,拟定百合浸出物提取方法及质量标准为:热浸法下,以75%乙醇为溶剂,醇溶性浸出物不少于7.0%,浸出物中王百合苷B质量分数不低于1.471%。结论百合醇溶性浸出物提取方法及特征图谱的建立,简单可行,可快速对不同产地百合药材质量进行评价,为进一步完善百合浸出物质量标准提供参考依据。 Objective To optimize the extraction method and the quality standard for Lilii Bulbus extract.Methods The extract amount,the content of regaloside B,the area of common peaks of the characteristic spectrum and the filtration rate were comprehensively used as the evaluation indexes.By comparing the effects of different extraction solvents on the Lilii Bulbus extract under the hot-dip and cold-dip methods,the best extraction process of Lilii Bulbus extract was optimized by weighted calculation of comprehensive score.Results The weighted calculation results showed that the hot-dip method was better than the cold-dip method,and the 75%ethanol under the hot-dip method was the best.The extracts of 12 batches of Lilii Bulbus,the content of regaloside B and the characteristic spectra were analyzed,and the extraction method of Lilli Bulbus extract was as follows:by the hot dip method,75%ethanol was used as solvent,alcohol-soluble extracts was not less than 7.0%,and the content of regaloside B in the extract of Lilii Bulbus was not less than 1.471%.Conclusion The extraction method of Lilii Bulbus alcohol-soluble extracts and the establishment of characteristic spectrum are sample and feasible,which can quickly evaluate the quality of the Lilii Bulbus from different origins,and provide reference for further improvement of the Lilii Bulbus quality standard.
