HPLC法同时测定麝香抗栓胶囊中马钱苷、葛根素和芍药苷成分的含量 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立反相HPLC法同时测定麝香抗栓胶囊中马钱苷、葛根素和芍药苷成分质量分数的分析方法。方法采用Phenomonex®luna-C18液相色谱柱分离,检测器:二极管阵列检测器;检测波长:241 nm;流速:1.2 mL/min;柱温:27℃;进样体积:20μL;流动相为乙腈-0.5%磷酸溶液,梯度洗脱,外标法定量。结果马钱苷、葛根素和芍药苷在浓度0.79~39.60、1.53~76.32、9.51~475.50μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性,相关系数均大于0.995;加样回收率分别为98.2%、99.5%和99.7%;方法重复性RSD值分别为3.64%、2.89%和3.02%(n=6)。结论建立的方法简便、准确、重复性好,为全面保证该产品的质量标准提供技术参考。 Objective To establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of loganin,puerarin and paeoniflorin in Shexiang Kangshuan capsules by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC).Methods Phenomonex®luna-C18 was selected as separation column.Instrument parameters were set as follows:detection:diode array detector(DAD),wavelength:241 nm,flow rate:1.2 mL/min,column temperate:27℃;injection volume:20μL.Mobile phase was acetontrile and 0.5%phosphoric acid solution with the gradient elution solvent system.External standard method was used as quantitative detection.Results Loganin、puerarin and paeoniflorin showed good linear relationships in the concentration range 0.79-39.60μg/mL,1.53-76.32μg/mL and 9.51-475.50μg/mL,with correlation coefficients all above 0.995.Recoveries of samples were 98.2%、99.5%and 99.7%,respectively.Relative standard deviation of repeatability were 3.64%,2.89%and 3.02%(n=6).Conclusion The method has the advantages of simplicity,accuracy and repeatability,which can provide the technical reference for guaranteeing the quality and curative effect of the product.
