基于双目视觉的飞机舵面偏角测量研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对通用飞机襟翼、副翼、升降舵等旋转舵面偏角的测量需求,提出了一种基于双目视觉原理的偏角测量方法。在飞机舵面布置编码标识点,利用双目相机采集被测舵面在不同偏角下的编码标识点图像;根据相机标定结果求得双目视觉投影矩阵;通过获取编码标识点的三维坐标,计算出舵面偏角。使用该方法进行舵面角度测量,精度高,安全可靠,在航空测试场景中具有较高的实用性和优越性。 In order to meet the measurement requirements of the deflection angle of the rotating rudder surface of general aircraft such as flaps,ailerons and elevators,a deflection angle measurement method based on the binocular vision is proposed.The coded identification points are arranged on the rudder surface of the aircraft,and the binocular camera is used to collect the coded identification point images of the measured rudder surface at different deflection angles.The binocular visual projection matrix is obtained according to the camera calibration results.By obtaining the three-dimensional coordinates of the coded identification points,the rudder deflection angle is calculated.This rudder angle measurement method has high accuracy,safety and reliability,and has high practicability and superiority in aviation test scene.
