摘要
目的探讨miRNA-200家族对卵巢癌患者预后评估的价值。方法全面检索PubMed、Embase、Web of science数据库,检索时限为建库至2019年7月。检索词包括:miR/miRNA-200 family、miR/miRNA-141、miR/miRNA-200a、miR/miRNA-200b、miR/miRNA-200c、miR/miRNA-429、ovarian cancer、prognosis、prognostic、mortality、outcome、survival。语种限定为英语。辅以文献溯源、手工检索等方法搜索相关文献。对纳入的文献进行质量评价和资料提取,对符合质量标准的文献采用Stata15.0统计软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入11篇文献,Meta分析miR-200与卵巢癌患者的总生存期(OS)和无进展生存期(PFS)的合并HR分别为0.66(95%CI:0.51~0.81)和0.62(95%CI:0.53~0.71)。分层研究分析提示miR-200a与卵巢癌患者OS合并HR为0.50(95%CI:0.02~0.98);而miR-200a、miR-200b、miR-200c和miR-141与PFS合并HR分别为0.71(95%CI:0.55~0.87)、1.70(95%CI:1.00~2.41)、0.32(95%CI:0.15~0.49)和0.61(95%CI:0.41~0.81)。结论miR-200家族或是卵巢癌患者可靠的临床预后评估生物标志物。
Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of miR-200 family in ovarian cancer.Methods Studies of miR-200 family in prognosis of ovarian cancer were retrieved in database PubMed,Embase and Web of science from the inception to July 2019.The search term included miR/miRNA-200 family,miR/miRNA-141,miR/miRNA-200a,miR/miRNA-200b,miR/miRNA-200c,miR/miRNA-429,ovarian cancer,prognosis,prognostic,mortality,outcome and survival.The language is limited to English.Document source tracing and manual retrieval were used as supplementary methods for the searching of relevant literature.The original data included in the literatures were summarized.Stata 15.0 was used for meta analysis.Results A total of 11 articles were included in the analysis.The pooled HR for miR-200 family and overall survival(OS)/progression-free survival(PFS)were estimated as 0.66(95%CI:0.51-0.81)and 0.62(95%CI:0.53-0.71).Subgroup analysis showed that increased levels of miR-200a indicated a better OS/PFS(HR=0.50,95%CI:0.02-0.98).And an up-regulation of miR-200a,miR-200c and miR-141 and down-regulation of miR-200b suggested a better PFS in ovarian cancer patients.Conclusion MiRNA-200 family may be a promising prognostic marker of ovarian cancer patients.
