摘要
目的分析通心络治疗高血压合并血脂异常的疗效。方法选取2019年1月至2020年5月本院收治的高血压伴有血脂异常患者86例,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各43例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,实验组患者在对照组常规治疗基础上辅助通心络胶囊治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果、血压变化、血脂水平变化。结果实验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后SBP、DBP水平回归正常值范围内,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组TG水平明显低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用通心络治疗高血压合并血脂异常疗效明显,能够有效保护患者心肌细胞,降低患者的血压和血脂,提升治疗效果,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Tongxinluo on hypertension complicated with dyslipidemia.Methods 86 patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020,they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine treatment after consultation,while patients in the experimental group received Tongxinluo capsule on the basis of routine treatment in the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure and lipid levels of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SBP and DBP in the experimental group returned to the normal range,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of TG in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo is effective in treating hypertension complicated with dyslipidemia.It can effectively protect myocardial cells,reduce blood pressure and lipid,and improve the therapeutic effect.It has high clinical value.
