摘要
目的观察不同剂量黄体酮软胶囊运用于无排卵型月经失调治疗中的效果及其系统评价。方法选取本院2018年2月至2019年5月收治的100例无排卵型月经失调患者,按照随机分组法分为对照组与实验组,各50例。两组患者均选择黄体酮软胶囊治疗,对照组选择常规剂量,实验组选择大剂量,观察比较两组临床治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为92.0%,明显高于对照组的72.0%,实验组不良反应发生率为2.0%,明显低于对照组的16.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后月经持续时间、阴道出血量比较差异无统计学意义;实验组治疗后子宫内膜厚度明显低于治疗前、对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用大剂量黄体酮软胶囊治疗无排卵型月经失调的效果更理想,且安全性更高,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the effect and systematic evaluation of different doses of progesterone soft capsule in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorder.Methods 100 patients with anovulatory menstrual disorders treated in our hospital from February 2018 to May 2019 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random grouping method,with 50 cases in each group.All the patients were treated with progesterone soft capsule,the control group was treated with routine dose,the experimental group was treated with high dose,the clinical therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(92.0%)was significantly higher than the control group(72.0%),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(2.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(16.0%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the duration of menstruation before and after treatment between the two groups.The thickness of the endometrium after treatment in the experimental group was significantly lower than before treatment and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of high dose of progesterone soft capsule in the treatment of anovulatory menstruation is more ideal,and the safety is higher,it's worthy of clinical promotion.
