铸态Fe-0.45C-2.7B-1.5Al合金的凝固组织分析

Analysis on Solidification Microstructure of As-cast Fe-0.45C-2.7B-1.5Al Alloy

摘要 利用Thermo-Calc绘制Fe-0.45C-2.7B合金相图及性质图,以分析合金的凝固顺序。通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针、XRD、洛氏硬度计对两种Mn含量的铸态合金进行分析。结果表明:高硼钢的微观结构由铁素体、马氏体、珠光体基体和共晶硼化物组成。大部分铝分布在铁素体中。Mn在硼化物中分布较多,且随着Mn含量的增加,基体中马氏体和残余奥氏体增多,合金宏观硬度增加。 In order to analyze the solidification sequence of the alloy, the phase diagram and property diagram of Fe-0.45C-2.7 B alloy were drawn by Thermo-Calc. The microstructure of the as-cast alloy containing two Mn contents were analyzed by OM, SEM, EPMA, XRD and rockwell hardness tester. The results show that the microstructure of the high boron steel consists of ferrite, martensite, pearlite matrix and eutectic boride. Most of the aluminum is distributed in the ferrite. more Mn is distributed in the boride, and as Mn content increases, the martensite and the retained austenite in the matrix increase,and the macroscopic hardness of the alloy increases.
