激光熔覆FeCrNiMo合金涂层的组织与性能 被引量:1

Microstructure and Properties of Laser Cladding FeCrNiMo Alloy Coating

摘要 使用激光多道搭接法在45钢基材表面熔覆Fe Ci Ni Mo粉末涂层,对其微观组织特征和性能进行了分析,揭示了熔覆层组织形成的过程和机理。结果表明:所获得的熔覆层致密、无裂纹、无气孔;Fe Co Ni Mo合金熔覆层主要相结构是γ-(Fe-Ni)固溶体,含有少量的M2B、M22(CB)6、M23C6、(Cr Si)3Ni2Si相,熔覆层具有良好的硬度,可达32~38HRC。熔覆层的耐腐蚀性优良,表明所制备的材料可在磨耐、腐蚀环境下应用。 Fe Ci Ni Mo powder coating was deposited on the surface of 45 steel substrate by multi layer laser cladding.The microstructure characteristics and properties of the coating were analyzed.The forming process and mechanism of the cladding layer were revealed.The results show that the obtained cladding layer is dense,without crack and pore.The main phase structure of Fe Co Ni Mo alloy cladding layer isγ-(Fe-Ni)solid solutions,with a small amount of M2B,M22(CB)6,M23C6and(Cr Si)3Ni2Si phase.The cladding coating has good hardness,which can reach 32-38 HRC.The corrosion resistance of the cladding layer is better,which shows that the prepared material can be used in the environment of wear and corrosion.
