摘要 李雅庄煤矿2-226工作面粉尘浓度过大,降尘效果不佳,严重影响作业人员的身体健康。针对这一问题,对2-226工作面开展了煤尘抑制剂注水降尘技术的应用研究。采用在机组喷雾水管路加设GZJH-02型管道自动加液混合装置,给机组喷雾水中加一定质量分数的煤尘抑制剂来实现注水降尘的方案,现场实践应用效果较好。 The dust concentration of 2-226 working face in Liyazhuang Coal Mine is too high and the effect of dust reduction is not good,which seriously affects the health of workers.In order to solve this problem,this paper studied the application of coal dust inhibitor in 2-226 workingl face.The water injection and dust reduction scheme that a GZJH-02 type pipeline automatic liquid mixing device was added to the spray pipe of the unit,and added a certain mass fraction of coal dust inhibitor to the spray water of the unit was used,and the field application effect was good.
