基于煤层底板3D建模的富水工作面排水设防研究与工程实践

摘要 母杜柴登矿井井田302盘区第3工作面属于长距离单巷富水工作面,底板起伏形态明显,排水设防问题突出。结合地面钻孔资料,对近6000 m长度工作面的涌水量进行预测;采用Surfur软件,建立工作面底板3D模型,对采空区水流向进行分析。根据煤层底板3D建模结果,合理布设回风顺槽、胶运顺槽排水系统,将排水管路、排水沟和水泵窝相互交叉衔接,分段逐级增加两顺槽排水能力。排水施工减少安装排水管路900 m,节省水窝布设9处,节约资金163万元。工程实践证明:高效实现了矿井水害排水设防,也带来了经济效益。 The 3^rd working face of 302 panel area in Muduchaideng mine field is a kind of long-distance single-lane water-rich working face,with obvious floor undulating form and outstanding drainage fortification issues.Combined with the ground drilling data,the water inflow of the working face with a length of nearly 6000 m is predicted;the 3D model of working face floor is established by using Surfur software,as to analyze the water flow direction in the goaf.According to the 3D modeling results of the coal seam floor,the drainage system along the air return channel and the rubber transport channel are reasonably arranged,the drainage pipeline,drainage ditch and water pump pit are connected with each other,and the drainage capacity of the two channels are increased step by step.The drainage construction reduces the installation of drainage pipeline by 900 m,saves the layout of 9 water pits,and saves the capital by 1.63 million yuan.Such an engineering practice not only effectively realizes the drainage fortification of mine water disaster,but also brings economic benefits.
