摘要
本研究以“贵妃玫瑰”葡萄为材料,对其进行见花花穗修剪,分别留花穗穗尖5 cm、7 cm、9 cm、11 cm,以花穗不修剪作为对照,研究不同花穗留穗尖长度对其叶片叶面积、叶绿素含量、果实大小、果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同花穗留穗尖长度处理对叶绿素含量、果形指数、果实硬度、果皮色度均无显著影响。但留花穗穗尖5 cm处理的叶面积、单粒重、纵、横径、可溶性固形物和糖酸比显著高于对照;留穗尖7 cm处理的糖酸比最高,其叶面积、单穗重、可溶性固形物含量与留穗尖5 cm处理无显著差异。留穗尖5 cm、7 cm处理适合根域限制下“贵妃玫瑰”葡萄花穗整形。
With"Royal Rose"grapes as testing materials,their floral clusters were pruned when the first flower was seen,spikelet tips were left by 5,7,9 and 11 cm,respectively,and with floral clusters without being pruned as the CK,in order to study the effect of different length of left spikelet tips on leaf area,chlorophyll content,fruit size and quality.The results showed that different length of left spikelet tips had no significant effect on the chlorophyll content,fruit shape index,fruit hardness and pericarp color.But when the left spikelet tip was 5 cm,leaf area,single grain weight,vertical and transverse diameters,soluble solid and sugar-acid ratio were higher than the CK;when the left spikelet tip was 7 cm,the sugar-acid ratio was the highest,and the leaf area,single grain weight and soluble solid had no significant differences with those of left spikelet tip of 5 cm.It was recommended that the left spikelet tip of 5 cm and 7 cm should be applied in floral cluster pruning of"Royal Rose"grape under root restriction.
