摘要
高职工科实训室管理应以服务高职工科人才培养为根本任务。只有构建起门禁管理、实时监控、远程控制、信息交互、感应警示的“五位一体”实训管理体系,搭建好制度引领、组织合理、设备稳定和耗材经济的“四维协调”实训运行机制,建设好“仿真实训+实体实训”的校内实训室、校企共建远程实训室和多形式多功能多层次实训室的“三层递进”实训室,才能为培养高素质高技能高职工科人才提供实训保障。
The basic task of higher vocational engineering training room management is to serve the training of higher vocational engineering talents.Only by building a“five in one”training management system of access control management,real-time monitoring,remote control,information interaction and inductive warning;a“four-dimensional coordination”training operation mechanism of system guidance,reasonable organization,stable equipment and consumable economy;and a“three-level progressive”training room integrated by“simulation+entity”training room on campus,remote training room co-constructed by school and enterprise,and training room of multiple forms,multiple functions and multiple levels,the training guarantee for high-quality and highly-skilled engineering talents can be provided.
