摘要 以流域单元为切入点,探讨了生态环境遥感监测综合服务系统的目标定位、研究内容和关键技术,开发了监测预警、趋势评估、态势速判、预案管理、综合保障、态势标绘、查询统计等功能模块。重点阐述了该系统的生态资源监测预警、生态环境安全评估、应急事故响应及综合事务管理等服务功能。该系统能够解决复杂的自然资源和生态环境安全监测、调查、督察与应急响应难题,对保障人民生命财产安全、维护社会稳定具有重要的现实意义。 The article introduces the target,contents,and key technologies of the integrated service system for remote sensing monitoring of ecological environment in watershed units.Some functional modules are developed,including monitoring and early warning,trend assessment,situation quick judgment,plan management,comprehensive support,situation plotting,query&statistics.Service functions,such as natural resources monitoring,ecological safety assessment,emergency accident response,are mainly elaborated.The R&D and application of the system solves the problems of monitoring,investigating,supervising and emergency response of natural resources and ecological environment security,which has important practical significance for protecting the safety of people's lives and property and maintaining social stability.
