韶钢2200m^3高炉处理炉缸冻结实践

摘要 韶钢2200 m^3高炉因事故造成炉缸冻结,复产前进行了严密的组织策划,制定了科学、详细的复产方案,有效的风口前渣铁清理和封堵,采用氧枪加热技术,渣铁及时排放,仅用了26天,高炉快速恢复正常。 Due to the accident,the furnace cylinder of the 2200 m^3 blast furnace in Shaogang was frozen.Before the resumption of production,the strict organization and planning were carried out,and a scientific and fine resumprion plan was formilated.The slag iron before the tuyere was cleaned and blocked effectively.
