摘要
目的:探讨使用苓桂术甘汤加减方治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果。方法:将2018年7月至2019年7月期间利辛县中医院收治的40例慢性心力衰竭患者根据随机数表法分为观察组(20例)和对照组(20例)。对两组患者均进行常规治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者使用中药苓桂术甘汤加减方进行治疗。然后观察两组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆氨基末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的水平、中医症候积分及治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的LVEF高于对照组患者,其血浆NT-proBNP的水平及中医症候积分均低于对照组患者,其治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用苓桂术甘汤加减方治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果显著,可减轻患者的临床症状,改善其心功能。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Linggui Zhugan Decoction on chronic heart failure.Methods:40 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to Lishin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into observation group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with The traditional Chinese medicine Linggui Xugan Decoction plus and minus prescription.Then the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NTprobNP)level,TCM syndrome score and therapeutic effect were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group of patients with LVEF higher than the control group,its plasma NT-probNP level and Chinese medicine syndrome score are lower than the control group,the total effective rate of treatment is higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Linggui Zhugan Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure,which can reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the cardiac function.
