改造不可调式固定齿条盖板针布,降低细小纱疵

摘要 为了满足高端用户的质量需求,减少细小纱疵和短粗节,介绍细小纱疵的基本定义和影响;以改造FA226A型梳棉机前后固定齿条盖板针布组合型式为例,说明可调式固定齿条盖板针布的优势、改造方法及参数,即将每根固定齿条盖板针布的调节点由2个增加到11个;对比改造前后生条质量、管纱质量和络筒电清细小纱疵指标。指出:可调式固定齿条盖板针布可提高盖板与锡林间隔距的横向一致性和准确性,优化固定齿条盖板针布间的齿密排列;采用渐进式梳理隔距,提升了纤维间的分离度、平行度和伸直度,对降低常发性纱疵、特别是细小纱疵,提升中高端织物的布面质量有明显效果。 In order to meet the quality requirements of high-end users and reduce fine yarn defects and short slubs,the basic definition and influence of fine yarn defects are introduced.Taking the transformation of the combination type of front and rear stationary wired flat clothing of carding machine FA226A as an example,the advantages,transformation methods and parameters of the adjustable stationary wired flat clothing are explained,that is,the adjustment points of each stationary wired flat clothing are increased from two to eleven.The sliver quality,tube yarn quality and fine yarn defects indexes of winding electric cleaning before and after modification are compared.It is pointed out that the adjustable stationary wired flat clothing can improve the horizontal consistency and accuracy of the gauge between the flat and the cylinder,and optimize the arrangement of tooth density between the stationary wired flat clothing.The gradual carding gauge improves the separation,parallelism and straightness of fibers,it has obvious effect on reducing frequent yarn defects,especially fine defects,and improving the fabric quality of middle and high-end fabrics.
