动脉自旋标记技术在肾脏的应用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 磁共振动脉自旋标记(ASL)技术利用血液作为内源性示踪剂进行成像,对局部微血管灌注可进行定量分析,是一种无创性检查方法,具有较高的可重复性,临床上已逐步应用于肾脏疾病的诊断。本文对ASL的技术原理和进展及其在肾实质肿瘤、急性肾损伤、肾脏移植后灌注评估及肾癌部分切除术后残余肾功能评估等方面的应用进展进行综述。
