摘要
随着人们养生保健意识的增强及其对生态环境和产品质量安全的日益重视,刺参产业成为拉动消费升级、促进国民健康事业发展的重要引擎。山东省是中国刺参的重要原产地和第一养殖大省。刺参产业成为山东省海水养殖支柱产业。本文从政策导向、产业需求、社会发展和生态环保等方面分析了山东省刺参产业提质增效健康发展的必要性,围绕环境条件、基本产出、空间布局、科技支撑、经营模式、品牌建设等要素阐述了产业发展的现实基础,分析了产业发展瓶颈和面临的挑战,基于升级全产业链条、完善产业支撑与保障体系、推进产业绿色发展、实现产业提质增效等方面提出了发展路径和对策建议。
With the increasing awareness of health care and the increasing emphasis on ecological environment security,sea cucumber industry has become an important engine to promote consumption upgrading and the development of national health undertakings・Shandong Province is an important place of origin and the first largest aquaculture province in China,and the sea cucumber industry has become a pillar industry.This paper analyzed the necessity of development of the sea cucumber industry in Shandong Province from the aspects of policy orientation,social development and ecological environment protection.Then it described the basic status of the industry,spatial distribution,production mode,scientific and technological support,market consumption and other realistic basis and development advantages,analyzed the obstacles and challenge of the development・Based on upgrading the whole industrial chain,improving the industrial support and guarantee system,promoting the green development of industry,and realizing the improvement of industrial quality and efficiency,the paper puts forward the development path and countermeasures of sea cucumber industry in Shandong Province.
