摘要
石油化工企业在我国占据着十分重要的地位,对于我国经济的发展发挥着关键性的作用。石油化工企业不仅对社会的发展和进步有着重要作用,对于人们的生产和生活也在不断贡献着力量,但与此同时,石油化工企业的发展又会对环境产生一定的负面影响。本文从绿色人力资源管理的概念入手,对这种特殊的人力资源管理方式的重要性进行分析,并提出了一定的应用方法,旨在为相关企业采取绿色人力资源管理模式时提供一定的参考。
Petrochemical enterprises occupy a very important position in our country and play a key role in our country’s economic development.Petrochemical enterprises not only play an important role in social development and progress,but also contribute to people’s production and life.However,at the same time,the development of petrochemical enterprises will have a certain negative impact on the environment.Starting from the concept of green human resource management,this paper analyzes the importance of this special human resource management mode and puts forward some application methods,aiming at providing some references for relevant enterprises to adopt green human resource management mode.
