摘要 [目的]通过调查塔里木盆地特有植物心叶水柏枝濒危的原因,为心叶水柏枝的保育提供理论依据,并制定相应的保护措施。[方法]野外采样调查心叶水柏枝的生存环境与生态习性,通过不同的光照、温度、PEG干旱胁迫、NaCl胁迫确定种子萌发特性。[结果]心叶水柏枝种群数量小,片段化分布严重,脆弱的结构很难达到动态平衡,自我调节能力较差,不利于该区植被的恢复;果实可育率较低,仅有28.6%;心叶水柏枝种子萌发率在14 h黑暗/10 h光照下最高;温度为25℃、PEG浓度10%和NaCl浓度为50 mmol/L时,心叶水柏枝种子发芽率均较高。[结论]心叶水柏枝群落中物种相对单一,群落结构简单,自然条件恶劣,果实可育率低及人为干扰较多是其日趋濒危的主要原因,今后应该加强对心叶水柏枝分布区的保护,减少人为干扰,从而达到对其种质资源进行保护的目的。 [Objective]In order to provide a theoretical basis for the conservation of Myricaria pulcherrima and formulating corresponding protection measures, we investigated the reasons for the endangered plant M. pulcherrima in Tarim Basin.[Method]Field sampling was conducted to investigate the living environment and ecological habits of M. pulcherrima. The seed germination characteristics were determined by different light, temperature, PEG drought stress and NaCl stress.[Result]The population of M. pulcherrima was small, the fragmentation distribution was serious, the fragile structure was difficult to reach the dynamic equilibrium, the self-regulation ability was poor, and it was unfavorable to the restoration of vegetation in this area.The fertility rate of fruit was only 28.6%.When the temperature was 25 ℃, the concentration of PEG was 10% and the concentration of NaCl was 50 mmol/L, the germination rate of seeds was higher.[Conclusion]The main reasons for the endangerment of M. pulcherrima are its relatively single species, simple community structure, poor natural conditions, low fruit fertility rate and more human disturbance. In the future, we should strengthen the protection of M. pulcherrima distribution area and reduce the human disturbance, so as to protect its germplasm resources.
