为建设县级融媒体中心标杆,巩固壮大主流思想舆论,不断提高县级媒体传播力、引导力、影响力、公信力。需要构建融媒体中心平台,对接省级统一技术平台,建设数据采集和汇聚、策划指挥、内容生产、数据分析、综合服务、融合发布、内容审核、网络安全、运行维护和监测监管等子系统,面向用户提供党建服务、政务服务、媒体服务、生活服务等综合服务,满足用户多样化需求。
In order to build the benchmark of county-level integrated media center,consolidate and strengthen the mainstream ideological and public opinion,and constantly improve the county-level media communication,guidance,influence and credibility.It is necessary to build a integrated media center platform,connect with the provincial unified technology platform,and build data collection and aggregation,planning and command,data analysis subsystem of content production,comprehensive service,content audit,fusion release,network security,operation and maintenance,monitoring and supervision.And provides comprehensive services such as media service,party building service,government service and life service to meet the diversified needs of users.
