摘要
目的研究硕通镜与输尿管镜治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效及安全性。方法60例输尿管上段结石患者,按照治疗方案划分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组应用输尿管镜治疗,观察组应用硕通镜治疗。对比两组患者手术相关指标、手术前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及结石清除情况、术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组VAS评分(1.05±0.22)分低于对照组的(2.22±0.31)分,结石清除率96.67%高于对照组的80.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率6.77%低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于输尿管上段结石应用硕通镜治疗相比起输尿管镜治疗效果更为显著,能够有效改善手术相关指标,提高结石清除率,降低术后并发症发生率,在临床上具有应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of Shuotong ureteroscopy and ureteroscopy for upper ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 60 patients with upper ureteral calculi were divided into control group and observation group by different treatment regimens,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by ureteroscopy,and the observation group was treated by Shuotong ureteroscopy.The surgical related indicators,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,stone free rate and occurrence of postoperaive complications were compared between the two groups.Results The surgery time,amount of intraoperative hemorrhage and hospitalization time of the observation group was less than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,VAS score(1.05±0.22)points of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(2.22±0.31)points,and stone free rate 96.67%was higher than that of the control group 80.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications 6.77%of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 26.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ureteroscopy,Shuotong ureteroscopy is more effective for upper ureteral calculi,which can effectively improve surgical related indicators and stone free rate and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.It has clinical application value.
