摘要
采用真空重力熔模铸造技术制备了TC4钛合金连接件铸件,借助光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜对其随炉试棒进行了组织观察,借助拉伸试验机对其强度进行了测量,并探讨了合金组织对性能的影响。结果表明:采用真空重力熔模铸造技术制备的连接件化学成分均匀分布,微观组织为魏氏组织,晶体分布均匀,晶间层状α相粗大,板条状α相取向一致,无缺陷存在。铸件的平均抗拉强度为920MPa,屈服强度为828.5MPa,伸长率为9.3%,力学性能符合GB/T6614-2014要求。
The TC4 titanium alloy connection castings were prepared by vacuum gravity investment casting technology.The microstructure of the smaples with furnace was observed by means of optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The strength of the alloy was measured with the help of tensile testing machine,and the influence of alloy microstructure on the properties was discussed.The results show that the chemical composition of the connectors prepared by vacuum gravity casting technology is uniformly distributed,the microstructure is Widmanstatten microstructure,the crystal distribution is uniform,the intergranular layeredαphase is coarse,the lathαphase orientation is consistent,and there are no defects.The average tensile strength of castings is 920 MPa,the yield strength is 828.5 MPa,the elongation is 9.3%,and the mechanical properties meet GB/T6614-2014 requirements.
