摘要
目的探讨巴林特小组活动对精神科护士职业压力及职业倦怠的影响.方法对50名精神科护士进行中国护士工作压力源量表测评,选取得分高分端的20名护士设为研究组,进行工作倦怠量表测评,比较中国护士工作压力源量表及工作倦怠量表各维度相关性.对研究组进行巴林特小组活动干预,比较干预前后研究组中国护士工作压力源量表及工作倦怠量表评分.结果 研究组工作倦怠量表评分与中国护士工作压力源量表各维度评分均呈显著相关(P<0.05或0.01).干预后研究组中国护士工作压力源量表工作环境及资源、病人护理、管理与人际关系及压力源总分较干预前显著降低(P<0.05或0.01).干预后研究组工作倦怠量表情感衰竭及去人格化评分较干预前显著降低(P<0.05或0.01).结论巴林特小组活动能部分缓解精神科护士的工作压力及职业倦怠感,尚需进一步研究.
Objective To examine the effect of Balint group activities on occupational stress and burnout of psychiatric nurses.Methods 50 psychiatric nurses were assessed by CNSS,and 20 nurses with high scores were selected as the research group for job burnout scale assessment.Compare the correlation between CNSS and job burnout scale.Balint group activity intervention was conducted on the research group,and the CNSS and job burnout scale scores of the research group before and after the intervention were compared.Results There was a significant correlation between MBI and CNSS dimensions(P<0.05 or 0.01).After the intervention,the total score of CNSS working environment and resources,patient care,management and interpersonal relationships,and stressors of the research group was significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05 or 0.01).After intervention,MBI emotional failure and depersonalization scores in the research group were significantly lower than before intervention(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions Balint group activities can partially alleviate the work pressure and job burnout of psychiatric nurses,further research is needed.
