摘要
接种疫苗是防治和根除传染病最有效的手段之一,近年来多次出现的传染病大流行事件,严重威胁着公众健康,且传统疫苗研发策略在多种传染病疫苗开发中遭遇瓶颈。随着分子生物学、生物信息学、结构生物学、计算机信息预测工具等的蓬勃发展,疫苗设计领域取得了突破性进展,出现了亚单位疫苗、核酸疫苗、重组载体疫苗等基因工程疫苗。反向疫苗、结构疫苗等成为新型疫苗设计的新工具,疫苗研发正从传统疫苗设计迈进免疫原精准设计的新阶段。本文主要就近年来出现的疫苗设计新策略做一综述。
Vaccination is the most effective way to fight and even eliminate infectious diseases.The breakouts of several epidemics in recently,which seriously threaten public health.And the traditional vaccine design strategies have encountered bottlenecks in the development of vaccines for many infection diseases.With the rapid development of molecular biology,bioinformatics,structural biology and computer information prediction tools,a breakthrough has been made in the field of vaccine design.The genetic engineering vaccines such as subunit vaccine,nucleic vaccine,recombinant vector vaccine have emerged.Reverse vaccinology,structural vaccines and so on have become new tools in vaccine design,vaccine development is moving from traditional vaccine technology to a new stage of rational design of immunogens.This review will discuss the recent advance in the field of vaccine design.
