摘要
针对当前综采工作面机电设备安装时出现的设备安装周期长、安装工艺繁琐、安装质量差等技术难题,提出了合理有效的快速安装工艺,并在雁崖煤业公司三盘区8307工作面进行实际应用。应用表明:该综采工作面机电设备快速安装工艺不仅有效提高了工作面设备安装效率,降低了设备安装劳动作业强度,而且保证了设备安装质量,应用成效显著。
In view of the technical problems such as long installation period, tedious installation process and poor installation quality, the rapid installation methods have been put forward and this equipment had been qpplied in 8307 face working area. The application shows that the rapid installation process not only improves the installation efficiency,reduces the working strength, but also ensures the installation quality of the equipment.
