摘要 利用Moldflow 2016模流分析软件,对某型号轿车尾灯结构进行了分析,得到了主要难成型特征,并全流程跟踪了制品翘曲量。利用正交试验法并结合极差分析法,对熔体初始温度、单向冷却水管直径、转换压力、开模时间进行了研究。结果表明,熔体初始温度为230℃,单向冷却水管直径为6 mm,转换压力为100 MPa,开模时间为40 s时,翘曲量最低,为2.175 mm。成型试验表明,主要装配面的翘曲量被控制在允许范围内。 Using the Moldflow 2016 model flow analysis software,the structure of the taillight of a certain type of car was analyzed,and the main difficult forming characteristics were obtained,and the warpage amount of the products was tracked throughout the process.The initial temperature of melt,diameter of unidirectional cooling pipe,conversion pressure and mold opening time were studied by orthogonal test method and range analysis method.It is concluded that the warping amount is the lowest of 2.175 mm,when the initial temperature of the melt is 230℃.The diameter of one-way cooling water pipe is 6 mm,and the conversion pressure is 100 MPa,and the die opening time is 40 s.The production test verified that warpage of the main assembly surface is in the allowed range.
