摘要
采用甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、丙烯酸、缓释功能单体三元共聚体系,在氧化还原引发体系下常温合成了一种缓释型聚羧酸减水剂(PCE),探讨了缓释功能单体种类、反应温度、酸醚比、缓释功能单体BM3等对其性能的影响。结果表明,该缓释型PCE的最佳合成工艺为:缓释功能单体选用羧酸某羟丙基酯(BM3),起始反应温度10~35℃,酸醚比1.8,n(BM3)∶n(TPEG)=5;掺该PCE的混凝土坍落度3 h无损失,保坍性能优于市售同类产品SK-10B。
A sustained-release polycarboxylate water reducer(PCE)was synthesized at room-temperature by the ternary copolymerization of methyl vinyl polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG),acrylic acid and sustained-release functional monomer under redox initiation system.The effects of the types of sustained-release functional monomers,reaction temperature,acid ether ratio and sustained-release functional monomer BM3 on the properties of PCE were discussed.The results showed that the synthesis process of sustained-release PCE was BM3,the initial reaction temperature was 10~35℃,acid ether ratio was 1.8,n(BM3)∶n(TPEG)was 5,and the slump of the synthesized sustained-release PCE of concrete were no loss for 3 hours.The slump retention performance of the sustained-release water reducer was better than SK-10B sustained-release PCE.
